Wage Wars Get Rich Die Handsome

YOU entered the City with one goal: in the next 24 hours, find and extract a certain MACGUFFIN. There was no reason it should have been a problem. You’ve done similar jobs dozens of times.

You used to think that. You don’t anymore.

You have come to realize that you are trapped in a loop by design. Your lifespan is exactly the length of your day in the City–or, in the real world, the two hours and nine minutes it takes the action movie you are in to run from beginning to end. Every time you reach the end without someone obtaining the MacGuffin, the tape rewinds, sending you back to the beginning.

You and the others searching for the MacGuffin will live and relive the movie for as long as it takes one of you to find it, steal it, and get out of the City. No one besides the group of you remembers the previous loops clearly (as far as you can tell), which affords you certain opportunities. Death can be wound back. Property damage will disappear. Any regard you may have once had for collateral damage has since flown out the window.

What you do here matters, sure. Any loop could end up being the last. But that doesn’t mean you can’t have a little fun along the way.

Wage Wars, Get Rich, Die Handsome is a gleefully chaotic, GMless, player-vs-player tabletop game meant to emulate your favorite action movie, on loop, forever. At least, until one of you manages to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat. Play against 1-5 friends, or in teams of two, to steal the MacGuffin, escape the City, and solve some personal problems along the way.

WWGRDH is a hack of Time To Drop and includes all-new mechanics such as: rules for building your City, more robust character creation, player-on-player sabotage, and Personal Complications for you to solve alongside Shared ones.
